According to Thich, the purpose of life is to look at life as it is. If you put an idea in finding the meaning, it will only result in the drama that leads to suffering.

Seeing as it is, accepting everything and reacting to nothing. By practicing daily deep Meditation, you will raise your consciousness level, which will help you see life as it is.
