Yuval Noah Harari is an Israeli public intellectual, historian, and professor at the University of Jerusalem. He has written well-known books named Sapiens- A brief history of Humankind, Homo Deus: A brief history of tomorrow, and 21 Lessons for the 21st Century.

“The most common reaction of the human mind to achievement is not satisfaction, but craving for more.”

Yuval Noah Harari

He has done many talks on Exploring the minds and consciousness. He says if you want to understand the human mind, you really have to understand the human mind. He says to start with boredom, observe the action with no sense. You will see infinite patience within you. In one of the Interviews, He says the meaning of life doesn’t come in the stories with the role for me(self) to play, but when I realize it is a human expectation to
receive the answer in the story. There is no reason to be depressed.

“Consistency is the playground of dull minds.”

Yuval Noah Harari

He practices the Vipassana Meditation process daily. He states this mediation technique makes you learn to observe what’s happening right now, be still, and be conscious of the moment. In India Today Conclave 2018 – He says the purpose of life is to Observe reality, as it is! A test of suffering is the test to know whether something is real or not. He is a true believer of witness the moment, be Witness!

“So if you want to know the truth about the universe, about the meaning of life, and about your own identity, the best place to start is by observing suffering and exploring what it is.
The answer isn’t a story.”
