Mooji is a Jamaican Spiritual teacher based in UK and Portugal. He teaches Spiritual contentment by doing Satsang. He describes Satsang as “meeting in truth” where people come and ask questions about life, seeking peace and meaning. Mooji has traveled to India to adopt the Advaita Vedanta wisdom to be a spiritual seeker. His eye for Spiritual life arises when he saw a book named.

“Whatever comes, don’t push it away. When it goes, do not grieve.”

His orientation on the meaning of life – We all are here to taste the world through our five senses and the mind, to be creative and imaginative, and to try everything which Maya can give you. To try everything and even appreciate the creative expressions of God. He further says God is everywhere, in each molecule and every tiny particle. Our Purpose is to seek for it by turning inward to find the one who can never leave you. You are within the infinite, appearing to be only finite. Find the one inside you, listen to him simply, be empty and present in now. Maya means greater illusions.

“Dying to your own attachments is a beautiful death. Because this death release you into real life. You have to die as a seed to live as a tree.”

Consciousness is not a choice we have we are choicelessly conscious. The whole game of life is to awaken to the truth to awaken from the sleep of personhood into the state of conscious presence. All the other beings are existing in your consciousness. We have to be aware of our existence. Be a Knower of your knowledge. He further adds you are the witness of the mind. He replaces the word Purpose with duty – He says we don’t have to find any purpose we just have to perform our duty consciously.

“Step into the fire of self-discovery. This fire will not burn you, it will only burn what you are not.”

“Feelings are just visitors, let them come and go.”

Mooji

“Surrender is not a weakness it is strength. It takes tremendous strength to surrender life to the supreme – to the cosmic unfolding.”

Mooji

“There is a presence, a silence, a stillness which is here by itself. There is no doer of it, no creator of this stillness. It is simply here in you, with you. It is the fragrance of your own self. There is nothing to do about this, it is naturally present. This fragrance of peace, this spaciousness, it is the fragrance of your own being.”
